Earthquake north of Dominican democracy capital
The U.S. Geological Survey says the earthquake had a preliminary magnitude of 5.1. The epicenter was in the region of 74 miles 120 kilometers north of Santo Domingo and 22 miles 35 kilometers northeast of San Francisco de Macoris.in attendance were rebuff immediate reports of wound before injuries.
