Free School Meals for all Children in Staffordshire

The Stafford & Stone Green Party are committed to providing free quality school meals for all

One of the biggest priorities for any family is to ensure that their children have a good, healthy meal whilst at school. We all want our children to grow up knowing what good food is and at least having one proper, balanced meal a day. One of our core commitments is to provide free lunch in all state schools in Staffordshire to every pupil. Our scheme will support local and organic non-GM food, free from additives and cater for all dietary requirements (including vegetarian, vegan and halal, etc).

In such a naturally beautiful setting as Staffordshire, we will also encourage schools to involve children in growing, preparing and cooking food.
